Our vision is to supply every one of our customers with the freshest, highest quality fruit and vegetables. In a country of expatriates, we aim to source products from every country, so everyone has a taste of home —and the exotic flavors they may have never tried— all with our signature freshness.

We achieve our quality through a rigorous selection of farms and partner suppliers who share our vision of affordable quality, as well as our insistence on operating a short supply chain; a dedicated and ultra-efficient logistics system, and a brand new, state-of-the-art storage facility that underscores our commitment to fast, fresh delivery.

We also stipulate that the choice of produce we accept, and its delivery to the supermarket shelf and your customers’ tables, are all done to the highest ethical and quality standards.

HOW WE WORK
At the heart of commitment to our clients, are the family values we hold precious: an individual service that is wholly personal, whether you are a small supermarket or a chain of luxury hotels. At every stage of our business, from assessing growers and their farming methods, all the way through to how produce is presented at the retail level, we listen to what you need, and carry it out.
Six Steps to Satisfaction
1. Enquiries
Contact us, and one of our customer service representatives will meet with you to discuss your particular needs, either on your premises or in a manner most convenient to you.

2. Account Managers
Our customer service representatives work hand-in-hand with an account manager who oversees your account. They ensure every specification you require is met, whether you need a small order or multiple containers. We thrive on receiving your feedback, and so we are always happy to hear how we can make our service better for you in the future.

3. The Ordering System
Once you have placed your order, it is immediately tracked on our comprehensive order logging system. What this means in practice is that our operations and logistics teams instantly prepare for the delivery of your order, assigning room in our cold storage facilities and in our delivery fleet.
4. Quality
With our strict attention to quality assurance, our produce arrives fresh and in perfect quality. And, after a final rigorous assessment by our professionals, we dispatch it to you shortly afterwards.

5. Delivery
We deliver your produce within hours of its arrival, whether day or night. And, there is always someone available who is responsible for your account, should you need to call or email. We deliver on time and to the place you specify.

6. Post-Delivery
Once you have received your order, your account manager will follow up and address any outstanding issues or queries you might have and deal promptly with them, so you do not have to face any inconvenience.
